Pursuant to Proclamation No. 295, series of 2011, November 30, 2012 - Friday (Bonifacio Day) has been declared as a regular holiday. This is to commemorate the 149th birth anniversary of Andres Bonifacio who was born November 30, 1863 at Tondo, Manila

The Office of the President of the Philippines has declared Nov 16, 2010 as a National Holiday in celebration of Eid'l-Adha (Feast of Sacrifice). There will be no offices and classes in UC on this day.

Please be advised that President Aquino issued Proclamation No. 48, which states that October 25, Monday, will be a special non-working holiday in order for people to be given the fullest opportunity to participate in the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections. There will be no classes and offices are closed in UC on that day.

Some of the scheduled final exam dates for graduate degree courses, particularly for the Tuesday and Saturday classes, will be adjusted as follows:

Please be advised that Proclamation No. 13 was issued by Pres. Aquino, which states that August 23, which falls on a Monday, will remain a regular working day while August 21, a Saturday and also Ninoy Aquino Day, is the non-working holiday. Therefore, there will be no classes and offices only on August 21, Saturday.

August 30, 2010, Monday, is National Heroes Day which is a Regular Non-Working Holiday; while September 1, 2010, Wednesday, is Baguio City Charter Day which is a Special Non-Working Day in Baguio City. Because Tuesday is sandwiched between two holidays, UC President Ricardo Pama has announced that August 31 will become a Non-Class Day for UC, giving the students, faculty and staff a long weekend holiday on the said dates. President Pama has also approved that UC non-teaching staff be allowed to go on mass leave on that day.

Midterm Examinations for Courses and Programs under the Trimestral Schedule will be conducted on August 5 and 6, 2010, while those under Semestral Schedule will have their Midterm Exams on September 2 and 6, 2010.
