Senior High School Principal


  • Must have at least a Master's degree in Education;
  • With a minimum three (3) years teaching experience preferably in a high school setting;
  • Extensive curriculum development and instructional background;
  • Strong evidence of leadership;
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with varying audiences to foster and establish involvement and professional relationships;
  • Excellent knowledge in emerging ICT trends for instructional, operational, and management applications.

Senior High School Teachers


  • Must be a Bachelor's Degree holder with at least 15 units of specialization in any of the following disciplines:
    • Accountancy, Business and Management;
    • General Academic (English, Filipino, Math and Science);
    • Humanities and Social Sciences (Psychology);
    • Home Economics (Hospitality and Tourism Management);
    • Industrial Arts (Electronics, Welding);
    • Information and Communications Technology;
    • Sports (Physical Education and Health).
  • Must have attended relevant trainings to courses in any of the above disciplines;
  • Licensed Professional Teacher;
  • With at least one (1) year teaching experience as college instructor;
  • Must have at least the following National TVET Trainer Certificate (NTTC) Level I for Home Economics, Industrial Arts, and Information and Communications Technology:
    • National Certificate (NC) for at least one level higher than course or subject to be taught;
    • Trainers Methodology Certificate (TMC) I or II.
  • Must have a positive attitude, ability to plan and adapt to changes.
