Dean, College of Engineering and Architecture

Qualifications:

  • Must have a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or Electronics Engineering;
  • Preferably with a Doctoral Degree in Engineering;
  • Licensed Engineer with a valid Certificate of Registration;
  • Has at least three (3) years experience in the academe;
  • Has at least three (3) years experience of industry practice;
  • Proven track record of dynamic leadership, strategic planning and organizational innovation;
  • Familiar with emerging ICT trends for instructional, operational, and management applications.

Program Assistants

Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Office Management, Behavioral Science or any related course;
  • Preferably with experience in student/academic affairs and contact center services;
  • Training in office management and document control;
  • Knowledgeable in computer applications;
  • With excellent oral and written communication skills.

Laboratory Custodian

Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related business course;
  • With at least one year clerical experience;
  • Must possess strong analytical and mathematical skills;
  • Must have strong inter-department coordination skills;
  • Knowledgeable in computer applications;
  • With excellent oral and written communication skills.

Treasury Clerk

Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree in any business related course;
  • With at least one (1) year experience in treasury operations;
  • Must possess strong analytical and mathematical skills;
  • Knowledgeable in computer applications;
  • With excellent oral and written communication skills.

Librarian

Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Library and Information Science
  • Licensed Librarian with a valid Certificate of Registration;
  • Preferably with at least one (1) year library experience;
  • Knowledgeable in integrated library systems;
  • With excellent oral and written communication skills.
