Enrollment Dates for the 1st Trimester, SY 2020-2021. Classes shall be on Flexible Learning Modality.

Enrollment shall be done online.

Guidelines for Enrollment SY 2020-2021

  1. ALL LEVELS (Including Transferees)
    • Accomplish the Admission Form:

      a. Log on to UC College Admission using any web browser, OR

      b. Download the form and email accomplished form to [email protected]

      Please upload/attach the following along with your Admission Form:
      • Scanned copy of Form 138 (Grade 12 Report Card)
    • Pay fees via over-the-counter bank deposit or electronic fund transfer to any of the following accounts:

    • Email proof of bank payment with the student’s name (LN/FN/MI) to [email protected]. A confirmation email shall be sent within two (2) business days along with the student’s Official Registration Form where the student’s ID Number shall be indicated.

      Note: Your UC Student Email Account that serves as your login details shall be emailed to you after enrollment confirmation
