Start of Classes:

Procedure for Enrolment:

  1. Student prepares preliminary form and proceeds to Admission Rooms for advising by ADVISER A, who will approve and sign admission form and preliminary form.
  2. Student proceeds to the Gymnasium (waiting area) to queue for encoding.
  3. Student proceeds to Encoding Areas for encoding of subjects by ADVISER B, who will sign the preliminary form after encoding.
  4. Student proceeds to the Cashier for payment at the 5th floor of Main Building; show signed preliminary form to the cashier. Form lines at the 5th floor classrooms.
  5. Student proceeds to the MIS Staff at the Library for printing of Registration Forms.
  6. Student proceeds to the Library Staff at the Library for RFID Registration and Validation; show Registration Form to the Library Staff. Registration Forms must be kept and brought during the first week of classes as proof of enrolment.

The College of Information Technology and Computer Science of the University of the Cordilleras, identified by CHED as one of its delivering institution on Master in Information Technology (MIT) program, is now accepting applicants for CHED HEDP-FDP, Phase 2 scholarship grants.
