• List of candidates for graduation will be posted in your respective college bulletin boards on April 28, 2012.
• Verifications regarding the list will be entertained until May 2, 2012 only. Please see the Dean's office or the Registrar's office for queries and verifications.
• Zero-balance policy is strictly enforced.

Schedule for TOGA ISSUANCE
Payment and Verification at Room S003

Before securing your togas, you need to:

1. Verify that you are included in the list of candidates for graduation.
2. Secure a copy of borrower's slip for verification that you are in the list of candidates for graduation.
3. For qualified students, pay an initial deposit of Php. 100.00;
   For PhD students, pay an initial deposit of Php. 250.00.
4. Go to the designated issuance rooms of your college/department for fitting of the toga.

*note: Togas must be returned within a day after the ceremony. Failure to do so shal be charged a fine of Php. 10.00/day for students and Php. 50.00/day for faculties & employees.

Attire for Graduates during Graduation Ceremonies

• Men:
• Light colored plain long sleeve polo with tie, no need for coats or jackets.
• Dark pants and black leather shoes.
• Facial accessories and exposed tattoos are not allowed.
• Keep a formal and neat haircut/hairstyle.
• For Nursing graduates, complete gala uniform.
• Ladies:
• Long formal dress with ankle-length skirt hemline, with or without sleeves, no pants allowed for ladies.
• Not more than 2-inch high heeled shoes.
• Minimal accessories.
• For Nursing graduates, complete gala uniform.

To help us determine and correct possible encoding errors during enrollment, the colleges will distribute to all students a copy of their FINAL CLASS SCHEDULE (FCS).

The College of Information Technology and Computer Science of the University of the Cordilleras, identified by CHED as one of its delivering institution on Master in Information Technology (MIT) program, is now accepting applicants for CHED HEDP-FDP, Phase 2 scholarship grants.
