America's First Islamic War : A Lecture by Consul Gen. Sonny Busa

Learn the history of America's first Islamic War from a lecture by Consul General Sonny Busa, Philippine Military Academy's Visiting Professor for International Relations tomorrow, December 5, 2017 - 2PM at the UC Auditorium.

Sonny Busa has over forty years of service as a US Army officer and US diplomat. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and a Commission as a Lieutenant in the US Army. Mr. Busa also has a Masters Degree in Political Science from Campbell University in North Carolina.

He later entered the US Foreign Service as a diplomat in American Embassies in Honduras, South Korea, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Ethiopia and Kuwait.
