The National Communication Research Conference 2017

November 22, 2017

The National Communication Research Conference (NCRC) is a platform for students, faculty members, and professionals to present and discuss their research papers before a community of scholars.

The NCRC was first organized by the University of the Philippines Department of Communication Research in 2012, the NCRC is the geographic expansion of the Communication Research Student Conference which the department began in 2008. Last year, the department and the Philippine Communication Society (PCS) hosted the first Communication Research International Conference, attended by over a thousand local and foreign delegates.

This year, the NCRC will be held in Baguio City in partnership with the College of Arts and Sciences of the University of the Cordilleras, marking the first time that the annual conference series is leaving the UP Diliman Campus. This move increases the possibilities for inter-regional interaction and scholarly collaboration. read more
